Overview:
Position: Mid/Senior UI/UX Designer
Working Model: Outsourcing
Products: Web & Mobile Applications
Main Domains: Healthcare & E-commerce
Language: Fluent English - working directly with Singaporean clients
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Clients & BA: Work closely with Business Analysts and clients to understand requirements, gather feedback, and translate business needs into effective UI/UX solutions.
Design for Multiple Platforms: Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-quality UI designs for both Web and Mobile applications.
Optimize User Experience: Design intuitive user interactions and smooth user journeys based on user needs and business requirements.
Handle Multiple Projects: Manage and deliver design tasks effectively across 2-3 projects simultaneously, ensuring quality and meeting project deadlines.
Client Communication: Present design ideas, explain design decisions, and communicate directly with international clients in English.
Design System: Maintain and apply design systems, reusable components, and consistent UI patterns throughout projects.
Requirement:
Must have:
4+ years of experience in UI/UX Design.
Portfolio is required and demonstrates strong UI/UX design capabilities.
Fluent English in listening, speaking, and writing; confident in communicating and working directly with foreign clients.
Strong proficiency in Figma, including:
Auto Layout
Components & Variants
Design Systems
Prototyping
Solid understanding of User Experience (UX) and Interaction Design.
Good understanding of user flows, wireframing, prototyping, and responsive design.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently, manage priorities, and perform well under tight deadlines.
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of visual design and usability.
Nice to have:
Experience working in an IT Outsourcing / Software Outsourcing environment.
Experience working directly with international clients, especially Singaporean clients.
Experience designing products in Healthcare or E-commerce domains.
