Payout: $22 - $70/hour
Role Overview:
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a UI/UX Designer to work on a contract basis. The role involves designing intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for digital products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experiences and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and refine user interfaces for web and mobile applications to improve usability and accessibility.
Conduct user research, including interviews and usability testing, to gather insights and inform design decisions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas effectively.
Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless design implementation.
Iterate on designs based on feedback and data to optimize user satisfaction and engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and design process.
Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies.
Ability to create responsive designs that adapt to different screen sizes.
Knowledge of design systems, accessibility standards, and best practices.
Familiarity with front-end development basics (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
