Your responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and operate on-premises infrastructure (bare-metal, virtualization, private cloud)
- Build and manage self-deployed Kubernetes on-prem - no managed cloud (EKS/GKE/AKS)
- Automate provisioning and configuration with Terraform + Ansible (Infrastructure as Code)
- Set up and maintain internal CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins, ArgoCD)
- Own monitoring, logging, and alerting (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, ELK)
- Manage storage (Ceph, LVM, RAID, NFS/iSCSI) and networking (VLAN, firewall, load balancing)
- Ensure backup, disaster recovery, and high availability across systems.
- Troubleshoot issues across OS, network, storage, and application layers.
- Build and maintain a lab environment for R&D, PoC, and testing before production.
- Write technical documentation, runbooks, and standardize operational processes.
The ideal candidate:
- At least 5 years of software development experience.
