Mid-Sr .NET Developer WFH to 2023

The .NET Developer will ensure total customer satisfaction is met or exceeded by designing and developing software applications that follow industry best practices and enable the organization to deliver best in class solutions to internal customers of Simpson Strong-Tie Group. What you'll be doing:

• Produce detailed designs for software solutions that allow you and other team members to develop against
• Understand implications of feasibility of systems design and integration
• Contribute to maintaining architecture and design consistency across the team
• Define the coding standards in collaboration with the team
• Collaborate with teammates to defining R&D techniques including setting up proof of concepts
• Develop and amend code as documented in the design; ensure it meets the specification, follows standards, is performant and is maintainable
• Perform code reviews both as reviewer and reviewee
• Provide and plan solution to adapt with changed request to understand requirements
• Respond efficiently to address issues to minimize business disruption when production problems occurred
• Promote awareness of: Emerging technologies and techniques, Test Driven Development, Object Oriented and SOA design and Use of Design Patterns (IOC, DI, MVVM, MVC)

If you can do everything listed above, you've got what it takes. Perhaps some of the following would be helpful too:

• Bachelor's Degree Degree in IT, Computer Science or relevant field
• 2+ years of experience in developing large-scale, complex business systems and effective user interfaces
• Good English communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft .Net (WPF, ASP.NET, C#), .NET Core, Microsoft SQL Server and other supporting technologies
• Have solid knowledge in Software Designs, particularly Object Orientation and Service Orientated Architecture
• Being able to perform Test Driven Development ,Continuous Integration as well as web service based integration
• Strong at development methodologies e.g. Agile/Scrum and iterative development
• Ability to perform well and proactively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent analytical and multitasking skills, Intergrity, Teamwork, Autonomy and Customer-Oriented
