The Job
We are actively seeking an experienced Middle & Senior PHP Laravel Developer to play a crucial role in advancing our projects for Japanese clients. As a PHP Laravel Developer, your responsibilities will encompass:
- Designing and implementing web applications primarily utilizing the Laravel framework.
- Diagnosing and resolving bugs within the code.
- Engaging with SQL databases at an advanced level.
- Collaborating closely with software developers and architects to analyze requirements, construct software components, and deliver innovative solutions.
- Implementing advanced best practices, coding standards, and security measures, employing industry-standard tools for building enterprise-level web applications.
- Playing a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects by proactively analyzing, researching, and resolving complex application issues.
- Can build UI (HTML/CSS/JS) based on design (Figma, XD...)
- Have worked with UI Framework/Library (Bootstrap, Tailwind, Vuetify...)
- Conducting rigorous testing of functions and projects to ensure high-quality deliverables to customers.
- Utilizing Slack as the primary communication tool for team collaboration and project updates.
Your Skills and Experience
Skills:
- Minimum 3+ years of extensive experience working with PHP and 2+ years of hands-on experience with Laravel, including expertise in unit testing and advanced API management (REST).
- Profound knowledge of object-oriented PHP and the Laravel PHP Framework.
- Strong understanding of the MVC pattern.
- Solid expertise in advanced OOP concepts.
- Proficiency in using Git, Docker at an advanced level.
- Good knowledge and proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
- Deep expertise in SQL, MySQL databases.
Nice to have:
- Have experience working with Wordpress
- Experience in building realtime Chat, Notification
- Proven experience working with Japanese companies and projects in Japan.
- Familiarity with VueJS, Test Driven Development, WordPress.
- Knowledge of Cloud concepts.
- Experience with Agile Software Methodology
