We are looking for a Business Analyst (Middle Level) who will play a key role in bridging business needs and technical solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders, product teams, and developers to analyze requirements, design solutions, and ensure the successful delivery of software features.

You will:

Act as a consultant with stakeholders and clients to gather, analyze, and optimize business requirements.
Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and technical requirements.
Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications (FSD), and solution design documents.
Analyze system workflows, data flows, and integrations (APIs, Web Services) to propose effective solutions.
Collaborate closely with Product Owners, developers, and QA teams during the product development lifecycle.
Support solution design discussions and ensure requirements are well understood by the development team.
Participate in testing and validation processes (UAT support, requirement verification) to ensure the product meets business requirements.
Prepare user guides, operational documentation, and troubleshooting scenarios.
Apply AI tools to automate and speed up the documentation process.

Yêu cầu

Your Skills and Experience:

2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software or product development environments.
Strong ability to analyze business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum; experience in managing requirement changes in fast-paced environments.
Ability to read and understand system architecture, APIs, and technical documentation.
Good English reading and documentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and documentation tools (Confluence, Jira, etc.).
Facilitate requirement discussions and alignment between stakeholders and development teams.
Manage requirement changes and maintain requirement traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
Strong analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proactive mindset in using AI to enhance work productivity.

Nice to Have:

Good English communication and presentation skills.
Having knowledge about web services is preferred.
Having experience with JavaScript, HTML is preferred.
Having experience in automated testing and usability is preferred.
Knowledge of Blockchain, Web3, or VR/AR technologies.
