We're looking for a results-driven Middle BD Executive to expand our B2B client base in the ITO sector. You'll focus on acquiring new clients (enterprises, SMEs, or startups) for our IT outsourcing services. High performers will transition into a Team Lead role within 6-12 months, overseeing junior BD members and scaling strategies.

3-5 years in B2B sales/BD, preferably in IT services, outsourcing, or software development.
Demonstrated success in identifying and cultivating valuable leads that align with our target client profile in the ITO sector.
Strong understanding of IT outsourcing models (offshore/nearshore, fixed-price vs. T&M).
Familiarity with tech stacks (e.g., Java, .NET, DevOps, QA) to align client needs with our capabilities.
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM tools (HubSpot).
Leadership traits: Self-motivated, coaching mindset, and ability to scale processes.
