3+ years of experience in backend development.
Strong proficiency in NodeJS (Express, NestJS, or equivalent framework).
Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).
Familiarity with designing and consuming RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
Experience in PHP (Laravel) is a big plus.
Basic knowledge of cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.
Understanding of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is an advantage.
Willing to learn new technologies
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile development environment.
Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
Salary: 20-30M VND gross/ month
