We are a Vietnam-based e-commerce technology building a platform for sellers to launch and scale cross-border dropshipping stores, think Shopify, but purpose-built for dropshipping. Our ecosystem spans storefront management, supplier integration, automated order fulfillment, and cross-border logistics. We're growing fast and need a Product Owner who can own the product. We are currently looking for a qualified candidate to join our team with the following details:
Job Description:
Product Strategy & Roadmap
Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market research, consumer trends, and customer feedback.
Analyze and evaluate business opportunities, and propose feature enhancements and new developments for the company's platform.
Backlog Management
Create, manage, and prioritize product requirements (user stories, epics) based on business value.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders, development teams, QC, and
designers to ensure clear understanding and accurate implementation of product requirements.
Coordination & Communication
Act as a bridge between customers, suppliers, and development teams to ensure the product meets B2B2C market needs.
Participate in regular meetings (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and report on progress, risks, and product development opportunities to leadership.
Track product development progress, ensuring milestones and business goals are met on time.
Evaluate, test, and continuously improve the product based on KPIs and user feedback.
Collect, analyze, and synthesize market data to stay up to date with new trends in the eCommerce industry.
Yêu cầu
College/University degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Marketing, or related fields.
At least 2 years of experience as a Product Owner, especially in marketplace or eCommerce platforms.
Strong knowledge of software development processes (Agile/Scrum) and project management tools (Jira, Confluence).
Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market trends and define product direction based on real-world data.
Understanding of the eCommerce domain; experience working with platforms like Amazon, Shopify, ShopBase, Wix eCommerce, or Dropified is an advantage.
Strategic thinking with a strong focus on delivering business value.
Knowledge of and familiarity with technical concepts is a plus
