Senior Business Analyst

Priority: Business Analyst (BA), Product Owner (PO) in Banks, with a strong tech background.
3-5+ years of experience.
Must have knowledge and experience in analysing complex business domains and processes in environments where reliability, security, and compliance are essential (e.g. banking, payments, energy, public sector).
Excellent English communication skills.
Knowledge of AI, Low Code, and No Code is a plus.
Business Analysts with a moderate level of technical knowledge , including:
SQL (basic querying)
General understanding of system design or object-oriented concepts
Business Analysis skills and proven track record of designing systems and functionality to build applications.
Domain Knowledge of the domain to be analyzed is a prerequisite.
Understanding of SQL, as well as familiarity with object-oriented concepts.
Practical experience in business modelling and general consultancy is essential.
Skills and knowledge of data modelling (e.g. creating information models).
Skills and knowledge about business process designs, business process reengineering.
Good communication skills to work with multiple stakeholders, knowledge extraction, and requirements engineering.
Abstract thinking and communication.
An ideal candidate would have around 3 to 5 years of experience as a business analyst and have previously worked on projects involving technical software implementations.
