Silentium is a software consulting company focusing on building products for our partners, mainly in Europe. At the moment, we are partnering with doctor associations in Germany to build next-gen software to serve the German market.
To fuel the growth, we are looking for an energetic QA QC engineer to share the journey of learning and growing.
Be the collaborator, be the host, be the problem's advocate
Quality Assurance is more complicated than finding bugs or testing to ensure the product works as required. The role of a QA is to make sure communication information is fully transparent sharing between BAs & Developers. Always constantly thinking of improving the product, put yourself in the user's point of view to discover any weak point of the product. Be the last defender to prevent any bugs from escaping to the Production Environment. The ultimate goal is to deliver the best possible user experience product to our users.
We don't expect you to be the message receiver, who only listens and does the tasks that are assigned to you. We expect you to be able to perceive the information from a different point of view from other members of the team and, make sure they are loud enough to gather the team's attention. We also expect you to filter the information and focus the team on things that matter the most to our users so they will not wander out of scope and end up making unusable features.
