Middle QC Engineer QA QC

As a Middle QC Engineer, you will play a vital role in maintaining and improving our product quality. You will collaborate closely with both junior and senior team members, guiding junior QC engineers and contributing to a high-performing QA team. Your expertise will help us implement and execute robust test strategies while optimizing our QA/QC practices.

1. Quality Control Process:

• Focus on the quality control of the in-house FFM and WMS systems.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Developers to understand and resolve tasks.
• Integrate implemented features with developers and ensure timely task completion.
• Document tasks thoroughly, including test reports

Rate of expectations from 90 to 100%

2. Team Building:

• Guide and mentor Junior QC Engineers to enhance their skills and performance.
• Foster a high-performing team environment with measurable performance indicators, achieving team growth

3. Skill Development:

• Actively pursue knowledge and skills for career advancement.
• Improve productivity and suggest ideas for task completion and system enhancements.
• Assist in importing and organizing test cases into a test management platform (e.g.,TestRail) to facilitate future automation processes

• At least 3 years of experience in QA/QC experience with a minimum of 2 years experience in E-commerce and ERP is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills for requirements and problem analysis.
• Ability to read and create test plans, test data, test cases, checklists, and release notes.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence or any test management tools.
• Experience with UI, API, and database testing.
• Basic knowledge of automation testing; capable of setting up and converting test cases.
• Results-oriented with a focus on decision-making and problem-solving.
• Innovative and creative with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Proactive and self-motivated; able to manage conflicts and negotiate effectively.
• Strong stakeholder management, influence, and persuasion skills.
• Excellent organizational skills, integrity, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
