Role Overview

We are looking for Backend Developers at Middle to Senior levels to build and scale the infrastructure powering our Company Dashboard and AI camera intelligence platforms.

You will collaborate closely with AI engineers, product designers, and mobile developers to deliver real-time, personalized AI features for capturing photos and videos.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop backend services for AI-powered photo, video, and dashboard applications.
• Build scalable RESTful APIs for mobile and web applications.
• Optimize real-time inference pipelines for photo and video features.
• Design and maintain databases for user behavior, personalization data, and photo/video metadata.
• Ensure system performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions

Requirements

Cloud-Native Backend Development

• Proficient in building and maintaining scalable APIs on AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with AWS-managed databases such as DynamoDB or Amazon RDS.
• Comfortable working with serverless compute using AWS Lambda and cloud storage using Amazon S3.
• Experience integrating AWS services end-to-end, from API design to deployment in managed cloud environments.
• Basic familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, including GitHub Actions and AWS CI/CD tools, and Docker.
• Experience building SDKs or public-facing APIs.
• Able to work independently and take full ownership of features.
• For Senior candidates: capable of mentoring junior developers and contributing to technical decisions.

Security & IAM - Working Knowledge

• Understand and apply API security fundamentals, including JWT/OAuth2, input validation, and rate limiting.
• Able to configure basic AWS IAM roles and policies following least privilege principles.
• Familiar with secrets management using AWS Secrets Manager.

Nice to Have

• Experience with vector databases.
• Interest in AI, photography, videography, or creator tools.
• Prior experience in a startup or early-stage product team.
