Requirements & Documentation Support: Assist in gathering business requirements from users; help create basic system documents, user stories, and workflow diagrams (UML, Use Cases) using tools like [protected info] or Figma.
Software Development Assistance: Support the development team in writing clean code, designing basic RESTful APIs (using .NET Core / C# or JavaScript), and creating responsive user interfaces (using ReactJS / Flutter)..
Database & Testing Support: Assist in writing basic database queries (PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and participating in system testing (Manual/UAT testing) to maintain software quality.
Project Coordination: Help monitor task progress on project management tools (like SmartSheet) and participate in Agile/Scrum team meetings.
Technical Documentation: Assist in writing and maintaining user guides, system manuals, and deployment documents for applications.
Other Tasks: Perform other basic
IT support tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
Yêu cầu
Basic understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum workflows.
Familiarity with programming languages/frameworks such as C# / .NET Core / Node JS, JavaScript, ReactJS, or Flutter.
Basic knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server..
Possession of foundation certificates or project experience related to Business Analysis (Microsoft, IBM, or CBAP) is a strong advantage.
Highly detailed-oriented, active learner, good logical thinking, and strong teamwork mindset.
Good communication skills in English
Willing to work full-time for the duration of the trainee program
