With the target our mobile products will in production next year in at least one more country, join as a Mobile Development Manager, you will:
- Take responsibilities of managing team IOS and Android team to develop mobile product of group, together ensuring the quality of product and the health of team to meet target of company and group.
- You will be responsible for hiring, mentoring and growing a world-class engineering team, capable of taking on challenging projects, provide technical guidance and career development to team members.
- Other tasks might be assigned by Headquarters
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields
- At least 3 years or above experience for Mobile application development (Android or iOS)
- Can develop both Android and iOS is advantage.
- Good command of English communication skills
- Ability to work as a team, proactive, well organized, willing to learn new things, and focus on objectives
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Understand Agile development practices
Technical skill needed:
- Mobile (IOS and Android) UI/ UX Design experience
- Object-oriented programming (OOP)
- Design Pattern (Micro Service)
- Code revision systems, GIT is a plus
- Project tracking tools, JIRA is a plus
