Reporting

The Mobile Developer reports directly to PM and Head of Mobile.

Duties and Responsibilities

The Mobile Developer is responsible for tasks in the following areas:

• Develop and maintain high-quality mobile applications using Swift / SwiftUI, following best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (PM, BA, Designer, QA, Backend) to define, design, and implement new product features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, scalability, and responsiveness of mobile applications.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and fix bugs, performance bottlenecks, and technical issues.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Mentor and support members, providing technical guidance and helping them grow in mobile development.
• Actively contribute technical input and solutions when consulting with clients.
• Participate in research, learning, and knowledge-sharing activities.

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in native iOS development using Swift
• 2+ year of experience with Flutter or React Native (cross-platform experience strongly preferred)
• Solid understanding of iOS fundamentals, including memory management, concurrency, and performance optimization
• Proficiency with modern iOS frameworks & tools, such as UIKit, SwiftUI, Alamofire, SnapKit, Kingfisher, etc.
• Strong grasp of clean code practices and scalable architecture patterns (experience with State Machines or TCA is a plus)
• Experience building modular, reusable components or frameworks is an advantage
• Familiarity with reactive programming (RxSwift or RxDart is a plus)
• Growth mindset; proactive in learning new technologies and continuously improving
• Strong communication skills in English
