Lead and mentor mobile development teams (iOS and Android) to deliver top-quality applications.
Oversee mobile architecture, code quality, and best practices for scalable and maintainable development.
Drive technical strategy, establish coding standards, and review critical project deliverables.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, Backend, QA,
Product Owners) to ensure technical alignment.
Manage sprint planning, task allocation, and project delivery in Agile/Scrum methodology.
Ensure performance optimization, security, and compliance with mobile development best practices.
Provide hands-on technical guidance in design, development, and troubleshooting.
Contribute to hiring, training, and growing the mobile engineering team.
Yêu cầu
Must-have:
5+ years of experience in native mobile development (iOS and/or Android).
1+ year as leader.
Proficiency in Objective-C/Swift (iOS) and Java/Kotlin (Android).
Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and development best practices.
Proven experience integrating RESTful APIs and working with backend systems.
Hands-on experience with Gradle, Maven, GIT, JIRA/Confluence, and CI/CD tools.
Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and team collaboration.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in international environments.
Nice-to-have:
Deep expertise in performance optimization, security/authentication, and test automation frameworks.
Familiarity with monitoring tools and App Store / Play Store deployment pipelines.
Prior experience in the banking or finance domain is highly advantageous.
Ability to lead cross-platform strategy, ensuring alignment between iOS and Android practices.
