We are looking for Game Designer to join our new projects. Your main responsibility will be:
60% - Game Designer
Design and own core gameplay loops, controls, and UX
Build level design, progression systems, and in-game events/meta systems.
Write and maintain detailed Game Design Documents (including UX design file)
Collaborate with
developers, artists, and QA to deliver gameplay
Create testing materials (A/B test content) to optimize products
40% - Game
Product OwnerDefine product strategy and manage roadmaps, backlogs, and sprint planning.
Coordinate and support dev, art, and QA teams to deliver milestones on time and at quality.
Work with the data/BI team to analyze KPIs (retention, funnel performance, monetization, in game behaviour)
Generate data-driven hypotheses and turn them into design material for product improvements.
Yêu cầu
REQUIREMENTS:
1-3 years of experience in the mobile game industry, preferably as a Game Product Owner, Game Designer, or similar role.
Strong experience of gameplay design, level design, and UX principles.
Familiar with mobile game metrics & product analytics (retention, LTV, monetization, funnels,..)
Have experience working with Puzzle games
NICE TO HAVE:
Experience working in startup or fast-paced game studios.
Passion for mobile games and emerging game trends.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Prioritize candidates with game retention over 40% on Day 1 and 500k downloads.
Preferably understand game monetization optimization.
