Modeling Specialist - Revit/BIM360
We are seeking a highly skilled modeling specialist with expertise in Revit and BIM360, who can help us create accurate 3D models of our clients' buildings and structures. The ideal candidate should have experience in point cloud processing and 3D scanning to produce detailed and precise models.
Responsibilities:
Create and develop detailed 3D models of buildings and structures using Revit software.
Utilize point cloud processing and 3D scanning technologies to produce high-quality models.
Work closely with project managers and clients to understand project requirements and specifications.
Collaborate with other team members to develop project workflows and ensure model accuracy.
Review and analyze design models, drawing,s and specifications to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Maintain and update project documentation and model files.
Work on projects on a project-by-project basis.
Yêu cầu
Requirements:
Expertise in Revit and BIM360 software.
Knowledge of point cloud processing and 3D scanning technologies.
Strong understanding of BIM principles and workflows.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills in English.
Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
