Mô tả công việc
Responsibilities
• Process residential mortgage loan files from application through closing.
• Review loan applications and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Collect and organize borrower documentation.
• Review income, asset, and credit documentation.
• Upload and organize loan documents in the Loan Origination System (LOS).
• Submit complete files for underwriting.
• Review underwriting conditions and coordinate with borrowers to obtain required documents.
• Communicate with Loan Officers, borrowers, Realtors, Title Companies, Insurance Agents, and Underwriters.
• Monitor loan milestones and ensure files move efficiently toward closing.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with lender guidelines.
• Assist with additional processing tasks as assigned.

Yêu cầu
Required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the U.S. residential mortgage industry (Loan Processor or related mortgage operations role).
• Basic understanding of the U.S. residential mortgage process.
• Familiarity with Conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loan programs.
• Ability to review mortgage documents, including:
• Pay Stubs
• W-2s
• Bank Statements
• Tax Returns
• Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred
• Experience working with wholesale lenders.
• Experience using LOS platforms such as Arive, LendingPad, Encompass, Byte, or similar.
• Experience calculating borrower income.
• Experience communicating with Underwriters.
• Experience with Non-QM or Down Payment Assistance programs.
