JOB MISSION/OBJECTIVE:
Market Expansion: Develop and implement strategies to increase market share for both offline and online supermarket channels.
Customer Satisfaction Enhancement: Focus on improving customer experience and loyalty through various initiatives.
Sales Performance Optimization: Analyze sales data to optimize product offerings and promotional strategies, aiming to exceed sales targets.
Efficiency Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in supply chain and inventory management to reduce costs and increase operational efficiency.
JOB DUTIES & REPONSIBILTIES:
Market and Competitor Analysis: Research and analyze the market and competitors
Marketing Plan Development: Create detailed marketing plans for offline and online in asign market.
Negotiation and Contract Management: Work with suppliers and partners to negotiate the most favorable contract terms.
Sales Monitoring and Business Performance evaluate business performance, and propose improvements.
Ensure revenue Targets: Set and achieve specific revenue targets for both offline and online supermarket channels.
Inventory and Supply Chain Management: Ensure effective inventory management in promotion campaign.
Customer Interaction: Support and resolve customer issues, ensuring customer
JOB EXPECTATIONS:

Relevant Work Experience: Previous experience in retail planning, marketing, or sales, particularly in the supermarket industry.

Performance Metrics: Meeting or exceeding set sales targets and ensuring efficient inventory management.
Proactively analyze and resolve issues: Efficiently tackle problems and ensure tasks are completed promptly and accurately.

Official Education: University Bachelor degree
Experience :
- At least 2 years' relevant experience at Planning in MT Chanel, understand e-commerce platform, brand or distributor
- Good level of computer literacy: proficient Microsoft excel and word skills
- Fluent written & verbal communication skills in English
