Multi-Channel Sales Coordinator

Overall Role Purpose
 The purpose of the Multi-Channel Coordinator role is to acquire, develop and maintain Multi-Channel Account customers via an analytical process that maximizes the revenue potential of the portfolio.
 Drive retail cash sales growth through the effective setup through newly acquired business partners, training and management of all Premium and Resellers within a designated area.
 Develop, implement and manage tactical retail strategy, initiatives and programs that drive the segment's revenue, volumes and profitability.
Multichannel Portfolio Management
 Manage and communicate with Multichannel Customer via defined E-mail Contact Strategy tools and process to ensure effective retention, development, acquisition of new business
Store Setup
 Setting up and running of the physical retail outlets - network expansion
 To assist in sourcing the most cost efficient local contractors and suppliers for the proper maintenance of store operation to ensure effective running and staffing of Retail outlets
 Ensure that outlets in his given area all have proper processes and procedures in place to run day-to-day outlet operation efficiently.
