Multidisciplinary Designer (Intermediate/Senior)

Mission
Bringing strong design thinking, craft, and ownership to every project while collaborating across Hanoi and Toronto to deliver exceptional work.
Responsibilities
Contribute directly to branding, digital, and print design projects with world-class execution
Maintain strong attention to detail and consistency, ensuring work meets project objectives, brand standards, and delivery requirements
Collaborate closely with designers and cross-functional teams to develop, refine, and deliver creative solutions across projects
Communicate clearly and reliably throughout the project, keeping relevant stakeholders informed of progress, challenges, and next steps
Take ownership of assigned projects and deliverables, proactively managing priorities, timelines, and quality with minimal supervision
Collaborate effectively across teams when needed, ensuring alignment, smooth handoffs, and efficient project delivery.
Requirements
Must-haves
3-5+ years of experience in a creative role
Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
Strong proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, G-Suite and Slack (our internal work platforms)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with international teams
Understanding of agency processes and team structures.
Nice-to-haves
Some experience in B2B marketing and communications design
Experience working with international teams or clients
Knowledge of After Effects, Premiere, and experience using AI tools
A degree relevant to this role (Design, Visual Communication, Advertising, Fine Arts, Psychology, etc.)
An inclination to play, do, and teach.
Rewards
Full-time, in-office role from Monday to Friday in Thanh Xuan, Hanoi, with some hybrid flexibility
Salary range from 20M to 30M VND, based on proficiency, capability, and experience
