Main Responsibilities:
1. Videography (50%)
Record videos for events, activities, classes, interviews, and social content.
Set up cameras, lighting, sound, and other necessary equipment during filming.
Coordinate with the team to ensure camera angles, backgrounds, and visual elements align with creative direction.
Perform basic video editing (cutting, color correction, adding background music); collaborate with
designer/editor for larger projects.
2. Photography (30%)
Capture photos of events, student-teacher activities, classrooms, and facilities.
Ensure images are sharp, well-composed, and capture natural moments.
Perform basic photo editing (cropping, color adjustment, exposure correction).
Manage and organize a systematic photo library for storage and retrieval.
3. Graphic Design (20%)
Create simple design materials (posters, banners, standees, social media posts).
Support the design team with resizing/adjusting communication assets.
Ensure all designs align with brand identity guidelines.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Media, Communications, Design, or a related field (preferred).
3-4 years of experience in videography, photography, or multimedia production.
Proficiency in video and photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop).
Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Illustrator, Canva, Figma).
Good sense of aesthetics, composition, and visual storytelling.
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Attention to detail, creativity, and adaptability in fast-paced settings.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
English communication.
