Multimedia Intern

As an essential part of the Human Resource Department, the Employer Branding & Internal Communications team's ambition is to lift the work culture and the workplace environment of Cốc Cốc to the next level through various employee engagement & talent engagement activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Create a visually exciting concept and graphics to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate audiences;
Participate in brainstorming, planning and designing to deliver aesthetically pleasing and engaging media packages with tight turnaround time;
Work closely with EB&IC Team and with other functional teams on ongoing projects;
Support in retouching and editing photography and graphics according to brand guidelines;
Support in taking photos and/or making videos for employer branding & internal activities (if required);
Keeping up-to-date with designing trends.
REQUIREMENTS
Must-have skills:
Minimum of 06 months of experience in design or similar experience
Graduated with or still pursuing a Bachelor's program in relevant major
Strong understanding of visual hierarchy and design best practices
Good foundation in Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and other design software
Prefered qualifications
Video editing and photo shooting experience is a big plus
Good communication and teamwork skills
Logical thinking skills, open to feedback and willing to make changes
Detail-oriented, effective problem solving skills
Self-development skills to keep-up-to-date with fast-changing trends
Self-motivation and the ability to work to deadlines to cope with several projects at a time and on-brand
Good English skills.
