Working Location: D2, HCMC
Task and responsibilities are, but not limited to:
- Responsible for and lead the Nationwide Field Force team to implement strategies associated with the approved plans, to ensure product introduction programs, to support their direct and indirect needs, and to identify, generate and follow-up opportunities and project needs.
- Provide direction and leadership to events, provide creative and professional support to local teams in order to achieve defined objectives. Work with Nationwide Field Force and other teams to develop and implement defined strategies, portfolio development plans and positioning and messaging plans consistent with both corporate and business unit branding platforms.
- Present information including market research, scientific and technical data collection. Develop product introduction plans to support the launching programs.
- Supervising, motivating and monitoring team performance, ensuring that everyone within the team reaches their targets.
- Ensures effective team communication throughout the department under supervision through the application of suitable reporting systems and structures and the identification and provision of appropriate trainings.
- Other tasks as requested by the supervisors.
Yêu cầu
The ideal candidate shall have:
- Doctor/Medical University graduated or Pharmacy University graduated.
- Excellence in English and strong computer skills ([protected info] proficient with MS Office, Windows, and familiar with tracking and reporting software (CRM)).
- Excellence in communication and presentation skills, analysing skills, technical and managerial skills, negotiation and problem solving techniques, product information and capability of reprinting these skills effectively.
- Long term experience (5 or more years) in developing and maintaining Nationwide Field force strategies.
