• Recruit, hire, manage, train a team of regional and area sales managers and ensure they are fulfilling their responsibilities
• Work closely with the Country Manager to set & monitor RSM, ASM & Pre-seller incentives
• Monitor & manage promos
• Set, manage and deliver on sales targets set by
• Coordinate the different partners and pilots on the ground (e.g. Digital Financial Products or FMCG partners) and their coordination with relevant sales team • Bi-weekly calls/meetings with Country Manager and/or headquarters (HQ)
• Monthly reports to Country manager/ HQ
• Organizing training as required (e.g. new products/services, technical, sales tips etc.)
• Financial Management - Operate within budget
• Monitoring - ensure that activities are monitored, and key performance indicators are reported on a regular basis and make proposals for corrective actions when needed. • Data privacy - ensure customer and partner data is held in confidentiality
• Implementing and maintaining Values - ensure accountability, quality of service, professionalism, integrity, impact and sustainability on the communities in which we operate, in line with values, and mission.
• Create a climate that attracts, retains and motivates commitment to values and fosters an environment committed to continuous improvement
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Minimum 10 years relevant experience selling FMCG/ consumer products to micro-retailers
• Strong operational skills and experience managing a large number of sales managers
• Strong sales capabilities and interpersonal skills
• Innovative and problem-solving mentality
• Strong sense of professionalism, dedication and integrity
• High English level (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in digital tools and a willingness to learn new tools in order to manage the network (e.g. Web Admin, mobile and BI digital platforms)
