Mô tả công việc
Business
• Full management and control of the P&L of Natural Food Group Vietnam.
• Work with the Board of Directors to prepare reports on performance against a dashboard agreed between the Board and yourself.
Commercial
• Setting, driving, and achieving targets by channel by sales division/ rep.
• Professional development of the sales team - reporting and skills improvement and functionality, implementation of systems E.g. sales force CRM, calling disciplines, account support disciplines/ structures
• HR structuring as appropriate
• Understanding and improving the system for sales covering all channels of distribution
• Finance and spending control mechanisms working and in force
• Responsibility for the commercial budget (selling costs and on/off premise investment)
• Building and maintaining relationships with key modern and traditional retail stakeholders and negotiating proposals in detail where required
• Key wholesaler relationships
Marketing & Sales Alignment
• Building and auctioning the marketing plans in conjunction with the brand owners.
• Alignment of commercial and marketing goals in conjunction with functional heads and brand principle where required e.g. price, distribution, trade marketing, co-ordination between sales and marketing departments.
• Approval structures for expenditure in conjunction with the functional heads.
• Brand resource deployment to appropriate outlets.
Brand Principal
• Preparing reports, attending meetings, market visits - mostly relating to commercial volume & investment.
• Proposing, executing, and reporting to brand principals on investment for commercial/ channel specific/ key account specific opportunities.
KPI
• Over or under delivery company targets/ KPI success fees will be at the discretion of management.
Yêu cầu
• Degree in business management or a master's in business administration.
• 5+ years' experience leading a sales team in FMCG industry, preferable in the Baby Foods - FMCG channel.
• Proven success in achieving business revenue and brand objectives.
• English: advanced level.
• Good knowledge of different business functions.
• Dynamic, self-motivated leader with proven track record in developing team capabilities.
• Strong sales leadership experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Highly organized, good interpersonal skills.
