Job Summary The Warehouse Manager directs and oversees end-to-end warehouse operations, ensuring operational excellence, inventory integrity, and total compliance with GSP, GDP, safety guidelines, and statutory regulations. This role is strategically accountable for operational governanc, driving standard operating procedures (SOPs), controlling operating expenditures (OPEX), leading cross-functional alignment, and building a high-performing, safety-first logistics workforce to support sustainable business growth.
Warehouse Operations Leadership &
Oversight
Direct end-to-end daily warehouse operations, overseeing receiving, picking, packing, dispatch, and value-added packaging activities through standardized workflows.
Partner with executive leadership, cross-functional department heads, and customer service teams to maintain operational transparency and swiftly resolve inventory or service escalations.
Champion proactive operational risk management, delivering high-level strategic solutions and contingency plans.
Performance &
Quality Governance
Define, steer, and govern core warehousing KPIs, focusing on stock integrity, cycle count accuracy, and SLA fulfillment to optimize end-to-end lead times.
Drive operational visibility across business units, aligning cross-departmental expectations and bridging functional gaps.
Foster a continuous improvement culture to elevate service benchmarks and operational agility.
Process Excellence &
Regulatory Compliance
Ensure full-scale operational compliance with GSP, GDP, internal quality systems, safety standards, and statutory local regulations.
Establish, standardize, and govern the warehouse SOP framework to uphold rigorous execution, safety, and business sustainability.
Oversee overall facility safety, safeguarding workforce welfare, inventory integrity, and infrastructure assets.
Financial &
Cost Stewardship
Exercise overall financial governance on warehousing OPEX, optimizing resource utilization across labor, packaging, equipment, and facility maintenance.
Direct space utilization, layout design, and workflow modernization strategies to scale capacity and support business expansion.
People Leadership &
Organization Development
Design departmental workforce structures and resource allocation models, orchestrating both internal staff and outsourced labor forces.
Mentor and build leadership bench strength through strategic workforce planning, targeted capability building, and professional development programs.
Strategic Cross-Functional Initiatives
Sponsor and steer organizational cross-functional initiatives and business transformation projects as assigned.
Requirements
Education &
Certification:
Bachelor of Pharmacy (Graduated Pharmacist) is required.
15+ years in warehouse operations, with at least 5 years in a Mgr role.
Proven track record in pharma warehousing, medical healthcare distribution, or pharma 3PL logistics.
Deep mastery of GSP &
GDP standards, cold chain management, and Ministry of Health compliance.
Hands-on experience with WMS/ERP systems.
Core Competencies
Strong leadership in SOP governance, OPEX management, and outsourced workforce oversight.
Proven stakeholder management, proactive risk control, and operational KPI tracking.
Proficient in English and cross-functional communication.
