Mô tả công việc
1. Implementation and support network and computing services:
- Proactively manage and administer robust, high-availability (>99.5%) local network supporting production applications
- Recommend, collaborate, and support adherence to Corporate IS standards, policies, and procedures in accordance with best practices
- Implement and support of systems solutions according to II-VI Incorporated standards, policies and procedures and industry best practices.
- Develop, maintain and execute procedures for the backup and recovery of production system configuration and data. Execute and monitor backups.
- Collaborate with the corporate information technology organization on the delivery and support of the global infrastructure and on local initiatives.
- Implement and maintain high availability features and disaster recovery plans to ensure network infrastructure resiliency and recoverability.
2. Service delivery:
- Participate in administration and support of Network, Servers, Security and Desktops.
- Provide end-user support on a timely basis and in accordance with organization standards.
- Update helps desk documentation following resolution of problems.
- Frequent / appropriate communication to user/help desk, management and team members as to the current status of problems/issues. Update help desk documentation following resolution of problems.
Yêu cầu
1. Bachelor's Degree in IT or other industries - Fresh graduated is encouraged to apply.
2. Certification in CCNA and MCSA .
3. In-depth knowledge of Infrastructure .
4. Have IT experience in deploying System (AD, DHCP, DNS, File Server...), Network (Cisco Router/Switch VLAN, ...), Firewall, VPN concentrators, intelligent routing protocols, logging, reporting, diagrams, and systems management, Internet Leased Line, Mega WAN, FTTH.
5. Ability to set up and configure Network Infrastructure (Cisco Switches, Router, [protected info]) .
6. To be potential set up Windows Server, DC, VMWare
7. Good experienced in PC support and troubleshooting, server installation/administration and setting up/maintenance of network
8. Good experienced in Helpdesk support and IT operations
9. Fairly verbal and written communication skills in English.
