OVERVIEW OF JOB
This position is highly responsible in setting up of network, security system and serve configuration for new factory and 2 IC Design offices (Integrated circuit design) in HCMC. For daily task, IT Engineer will maintain the daily operations of an organization's computer networks including determine hardware and software needs and make upgrades
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Set up the server and network system for factory and offices.
• Maintaining IT operations such as applications, email systems, wireless, hardware, software, camera, and network security tools
• Optimizing and maintaining network security protocols, such as secure socket layer (SSL), secure file transfer protocol (SFTP), and virtual private networks (VPNs), to ensure data is protected.
• Performing routine network audits to avoid the potential risks of security or server performance
• Troubleshooting issues with an organization's Wireless (WAN) or local area network (LAN), and other network segments
• Training staff in using software and hardware.
• Collaborating with network architects to build and maintain servers and optimize network performance.
• Planning and executing hardware and software upgrades.
• Handle other duties assigned by IT Manager or Upper Management

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 3 years' experience in installing, set up, and helpdesk especially for IC Design Company (Integrated circuit design or software development).
o Certifications: CCNA (will be advantage)
o Good experience in VMware ESXi, Cisco devices, Firewall, Windows Server, Exchange, DNS, DHCP, Trend Micro and File sharing, Linux System: CentOS, RHEL, OpenSUSE, Esxi, Proxmox, Slurm, ...EDA tools, CAD tools deployment on server.
o Able to work with Microsoft business management, MDM software;
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or related field..
• Having acknowledged on SQL database is a plus.
• Good command of English (reading, writing and speaking).
• Good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work outside normal business hours.
• Ability to learn new IT technology; self-study, research for solution is a must.
