Troubleshooting networking,servers issues related to EoMPLS, Direct Internet Access, IP transit services, or internal network device software/hardware problems as a Level 2 escalation engineer.
Planning, designing, and implementing expansions of the IP/MPLS core network.
Conducting meetings with customers to plan, design, and deploy network services.
Developing maintenance plans, implementing solutions, and troubleshooting issues regarding IP peering worldwide.
Managing the local office infrastructure in Vietnam.
Physical installing network devices and servers in the Datacenter when necessary.
Troubleshooting SIP/VoIP issues.
Training, sharing knowledge to junior team
Yêu cầu
Good command of written English (Business level)
Diploma in Engineering/IT or a related field.
5+ years of working experience in ISPs.
Cisco certification at the CCNP level (CCIE - is a big plus).
Experience in internet routing/peering policy from an ISP perspective.
Experience in troubleshooting and configuring IP/MPLS core networks, in configuring Cisco core routers/switches (ASR, NCS, Nexus...), Cisco Firewalls (ASA, Firepower...)
Experience with installation of routers/switches/servers in Datacenter.
Experience with Linux, Virtualization, and server hardware
SIP/VoIP knowledge , experience is a plus.
Can work on weekend if required (1 day-off in weekday)
