Network Infrastructure Manager

Responsible for the end-to-end management, security, and high availability of the Bank's network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Cloud Networking). This role requires strong technical expertise combined with leadership in managing local IT programs, enforcing IT/Information Security policies, and handling general IT coordination and reporting for the local branch, ensuring compliance with global and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Network & Hardware Management: Lead the design, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of all network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, etc.). Control and manage IT hardware resources, ensuring optimal performance and lifecycle management.
• Security & Compliance: Manage IT securities and actively check Information Securities (Inf Secrurities) status. Implement robust network security protocols, conduct audits, and ensure strict compliance with internal policies and banking regulations.
• IT Program Leadership: Develop and manage IT programs related to banking operations, overseeing local projects and infrastructure upgrades.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare IT related documents (architecture, procedures, reports). Act as the central point for general IT related work and deliver timely local report on performance, projects, and security posture to management.
• Team & Vendor Management: Lead the local network team and manage relationships and SLAs with external vendors and telco providers.
