Mô tả công việc
• To set up and implement all systems and procedures relating to full restaurant operations, including sales, customer service, marketing, menu development, human resource, F&B, health and hygiene...
• To report and full responsible to General Director on all aspects of operations, staff performance, business result.
• Conduct competitor analysis and be aware of local market initiatives, building restaurant's business strategy.
• To plan and implement promotions calendar and events, campaign... for restaurant sale and profit.
• Handling customer's complaints and building a connection with other partners
• Responsible for training staff, recruitment, development and overall job performance.
Yêu cầu
• Male/Female 30 - 45 year old, Vietnamese or Foreigner.
• Bachelor's or Master degree in Hospitality Management or related F&B management
• Must have 5+ year of experience in managing large teams as Restaurant Manager in international 4 to 5 star Hotel.
• Dynamic, creative, ability to work independently in a leading position, high pressure.
• Responsibility and initiative in works.
• Good negotiation skills and proficiency in English both written and spoken.
