1. Work Permit - Visa - TRC (Primary Responsibility)
Prepare and submit applications for new Work Permits, re-issuance, and extensions for foreign teachers and staff.
Handle TRC procedures, visa extensions, entry letters, and all immigration-related documentation.
Monitor expiration dates of WP/visa/TRC and prepare timely renewal plans.
Work directly with the Department of Labor, Immigration Department, and Consulates.
Maintain accurate and compliant legal documentation.
2. General HR Duties
Support HR paperwork: contracts, decisions, employee records.
Assist with timesheets, labor reports, onboarding and offboarding processes.
Provide guidance to foreign teachers regarding HR procedures and documentation.
Coordinate with departments and the Board of Directors to ensure smooth operations.
3. Additional HR Tasks
Prepare HR reports as required by the
HR Manager.
Support government inspections and official interactions.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
College/University degree in HR, Law, Foreign Languages, Business, or related fields.
3-5 years of experience in HR Generalist roles with strong exposure to WP - Visa - TRC.
Preference for candidates with experience in international schools or educational environments.
Good English communication skills (strong reading/writing skills for documentation).
Detail-oriented, proactive, accurate and able to multitask.
