Mô tả công việc
- Responsible for checking and completing documents and records and handling import and export documents.
- Collecting, verifying supplier invoices, storing documents, and making payment proposals.
- Send documents, track and update the status of the document to the parties related to the shipment; Maintain records and documents according to archival regulations.
- Coordinate with other departments to solve problems quickly before and during order processing.
- Check and notify the goods situation and update the parties related to the shipment timely and flexibly.
- To support the implementation of process improvement and client development plans, aiming for cost savings and/or revenue enhancement for the Company
- Ensure the latest Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) is fully implemented, and that any change to the operation is communicated and included in the SOP/Internal Operation Procedure (IOP) of respective service providers
- Maintain healthy working relationships with client local/regional/global offices and client's suppliers.
- Submit SI/VGM
- Follow any delay or change notice from carriers and send to customersaccordingly.
- Send Pre-alerts and daily updates (vessel rollovers/delays) to customersand destination agents from ATD until completion.
- Other tasks as requested by the Manager.
Yêu cầu
- University (major in Foreign Trade, Economics, Maritime or Transportation is preferable).
- At least 1 year or more of experience in the same position in logistics/forwarding field
- Good command of English/Vietnamese (both in oral & written communication).
- Good at Microsoft Office Applications.
- Being careful, customer-oriented & achievement-driven attitude.
- Ability to work well under pressure and having good problem-solving skill.
- Others: High responsibility, good teamwork.
