1.Call Center
● Fluent and articulate verbal communication skills in American English are a key requirement for this position.
●Exceptional active listening skills, with the ability to truly understand our customers' needs.
●Ability to clarify information, researching every concern, and providing effective solutions and/or alternatives while adhering to all company policies and procedures.
● Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks to accomplish multiple objectives simultaneously.
2.CS Email
Essential Tasks & Responsibilities Include:
●Must present a well-groomed professional and positive impression to make the company's reputation and missing statement shine at all times.
●Implements and enforces all company policies and procedures.
●Treat customers in a professional, respectful and friendly manner to ensure a loyal customer.
●Experience with handling e-commerce customers

Yêu cầu công việc

1.Call Center
●Efficiently handle both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring timely and effective communication with customers
● Positive experience through live chat communication, phone calls, and emails.
● Utilizing ERP System, CRM System, Shopify, Knowledge Base, and other tools appropriately.
● Boost customer's loyalty by offering a proper experience over the phone.
● Seize opportunities to upsell products or service when they arise.
2.CS Email
●Ability to read and write English
●Ability to multi-task with phone calls and emails
●Time management skills
●Must be able to work flexible schedules including Saturday
●At least 50+ WPM and 10- key
●Tech Savvy - Microsoft Word, Excel Word
●Experience with eBay and amazon is a plus!
*We only accept candidates who are based in HCM since we will conduct the training in our HCM Office.
