Mô tả công việc

Role Summary:
- Responsible for the Checking HS Code to calculate Tax for cargo and prepare all documents to arrange Customs Declaration, Input Data in ECUS Systems, Input Data in company systems
Specific Accountabilities:
- Receive & check customer documents, prepare import-export documents and carry out customs declaration procedures for shipments.
- In charge of import-export customs declaration operations
- Handling tasks before, during, and after import and export customs clearance.
- Carry out customs declaration procedures for shipments.
- Support sales staff, delivery staff,.... to keep up with delivery schedules.
- Contact shipping lines, partners and other companies to handle work related to goods.
- Monitor, check, prepare payment documents, and submit payments to other related shipping lines, warehouses, and forwarders.
- Perform other related tasks and reports as required by the company and customers.

Yêu cầu

Required Skills:
- Computer skills with Microsoft Office software
- Able to communicate in English with skills; reading/writing/speaking
- Diligent, detail oriented, able to work under pressure
- Team works/disciplined and punctuality
- 2-3 years of experience in similar positions in Global Company
- Graduated from College or university major in Logistics or Foreign Trading
