WORKING HOURS AND CONDITIONS /THỜI GIAN VÀ CHẾ ĐỘ LÀM VIỆC
1. Làm việc theo ca. Trong trường hợp không có thỏa thuận khác thì thời gian làm việc là 48 giờ/ tuần. Có thể
làm thêm ngoài giờ tùy công tác phát sinh, được tính lương theo quy định của Công ty và đảm bảo theo quy định về thời gian làm việc của Bộ Luật lao động.
Work on shift. Unless otherwise agreed, the standard working time is 48 hours per week. Overtime may be required depending on operational needs and shall be compensated in accordance with the Company's policies and the working time provisions under the Labor Code.
