Mô tả công việc
Job purpose:
In charge of V-Cert (Product certificate, issued by the government) execution, document works
Supporting PR (proposal), payment, document works
Supporting Tech common works, depend on supervisor's assignment.
Key Responsibilities
1. V-Cert execution:
100% Governance/Compliance
Keep on-plan applicable V-Cert; secure smooth execution & in-time
Manage and operate V-Cert system smoothly & effectively
2. Technical supportive assignment
Supporting Field Engineer's common task: Claim handling, fleet approach, training, monitor, test, survey (priority in HCM& neighbor).
Supporting projects and common works of Tech (as assigned)
3. Supporting Tech & Others
Supporting PR, payment, document works
Other assignments from company / supervisors
Yêu cầu
Education: Bachelor / engineer degree - automobile or related field is preferred
Experience: From 6 months to 1 year in related field, standard & regulation is advantage
Skills:
- Logical with data
- Detail oriented (high accuracy with data)
- Analysis skill & problem solving
- Good technical background is advantage
- Working independently, proactively and well teamwork
- Communication and interaction
- Proficient MS office
Language: Fluently English
