Mô tả công việc
Review documents and create document registers for projects.
Prepare and rate project estimates, submissions and generate bill of quantities (BOQ).
Issue relevant documentation and other bid information to subcontractors (trade package).
Follow up with subcontractors for pricing/quotes.
Accurately record and document pricing information.
Project Brief - work with the Estimating/Sales team and client to complete project brief.
Complete project brief including full scope and finishes schedule.
Create construction budget.
Oversee document control and estimating electronic filing of projects in preparation for handover to Project Management team.
Take meeting minutes of internal department, client, consultant, and subcontractor meetings.
Yêu cầu
Relevant qualifications or skills in building and construction industry.
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the building process.
At least 1 year experience in commercial construction estimating.
Ability to prioritize responsibilities.
Ability to read, interpret documentation and construction drawings.
Ambition to succeed in the construction industry.
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and ability to learn industry specific software.
Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
