Mô tả công việc
Perform labeling, categorizing, and managing e-commerce data (products, customer information, transactions, etc.).
Classify data types based on project requirements, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Ensure consistency and quality in labeling processes to support machine learning models and data analytics systems.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure data processing efficiency.
Monitor, evaluate, and propose improvements to the labeling process to enhance accuracy and minimize errors.
Review labeled data and report any inconsistencies or errors.
Update and maintain documentation for labeling procedures and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Complete daily work objectives according to project requirements and meet tasks within accurate timeframes.
Participate in training programs and pass competency assessments.
Coordinate with the project management team to ensure high accuracy in meeting work goals.
Carry out other tasks assigned by the
project manager as needed.
Yêu cầu
Attention to detail, with the ability to detect errors and adjust data accordingly.
Proficiency in using data management tools and software such as Excel, Google Sheets, or other data analytics software.
Strong teamwork skills and effective communication with other teams such as development, QA, and data analytics.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.
Basic understanding of machine learning and how data is used in models is a plus.
Experience working with data and labeling processes in the e-commerce field or similar industries is an advantage but not required, as training will be provided.
Fluent in Vietnamese (vi-VN), and proficient in English (B2 or higher).
Be present for 40 hours a week (8 hours per day, 1-hour break), working directly in the office.
Working hours: 9 AM - 6 PM or 2 PM - 10 PM daily. Weekend and holiday shifts may apply depending on the position, with the possibility of swapping rest days.
Experience in e-commerce, customer service, data labeling and annotation, and/or quality assurance is a significant advantage.
