Administrative & Office Operations:
Coordinating internal meetings (BOD meetings, client meetings, interviews) and providing general office support (guest reception, refreshments, logistics arrangement).
Managing incoming/outgoing mail and courier services, and maintaining tracking records.
Administering taxi cards, parking registrations, and related documentation.
Managing office supplies, including planning,
purchasing, distribution, and vendor coordination.
Tracking and verifying monthly administrative expenses (office supplies, taxi, EMS, utilities, etc.), and liaising with suppliers to resolve issues and ensure timely payments.
Coordinating office facilities and equipment maintenance and repairs as needed.
Supporting the printing, binding, and preparation of company materials (brochures, reports, client documents).
Assisting in organizing company events (year-end parties, team-building activities, birthday celebrations, health check-ups).
Performing additional tasks within scope and capability, as assigned.
HR & Coordination Support:
Supporting recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate coordination, and interview scheduling.
Monitoring attendance and timesheets, and assisting with onboarding communications.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in administrative or office support roles.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Good command of written and spoken English; able to draft emails and basic documents and communicate professionally with colleagues and vendors.
Strong multitasking ability with a results- and deadline-oriented mindset.
Proactive, hardworking, responsible, detail-oriented, and trustworthy.
