Mô tả công việc
- Cài đặt và cấu hình phần cứng, phần mềm máy tính, hệ thống, mạng, máy in và máy scan, điện thoại .../ Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners, phone...
- Giám sát và bảo trì hệ thống máy tính và mạng./ Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
- Hỗ trợ kỹ thuật trong toàn công ty (có thể gặp trực tiếp hoặc qua điện thoại) - - Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone).
- Sửa chữa và thay thế thiết bị khi cần thiết /Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.

- Đào tạo nhân viên cấp dưới/ Possibly training junior staff.
Yêu cầu
- Tốt nghiệp chuyên nghành IT, khoa học máy tính, chuyên ngành liên quan/ Bachelor degree of the majors: IT, Computer Science, related major.
- Có ít nhất từ 3 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc ở vị trí tương đương trở lên./ Have at least 3 years working in the same position.
- Có trách nhiệm, trung thực và cẩn thận/ Highly responsible, trustworthy and detail-oriented.
