JOB DESCRIPTION
Conduct customer visits across Hanoi to gather necessary information
and documents.
Responsible for the underwriting of loans involving alternate data which
involves cash flow data related to banking and billing/payments data , financials
and other data sources like marketing and credit bureau information
Provide recommendations tied to analysis and assessment of credit risk
Execute key underwriting activities, such as credit scoring and risk assessment,
due diligence in accordance with company's policy guidelines of prospective
companies in the pipeline
Collaborate on technical matters with the product and engineering team to
improve the automated data extraction and processing of various types of data
and data sources
Work closely with the sales team to coordinate for information requests and
follow ups with prospective companies.
Monitor and action on individual and portfolio level credit performance
Identify opportunities to improve the existing underwriting and credit analysis
framework for the Vietnamese market, contributing to the evolution of the Credit
Analysis Unit. Stay up to date on the latest industry and market trends
REQUIREMENTS
More than 1 year of relevant credit risk experience, including underwriting, KYC
process compliance, risk management
Strong command of the English language. (your line manager is a
foreigner)
Must have a personal vehicle for mobility purposes. (Petrol expenses will
be reimbursed)
Bonus: direct early stage fintech experience
Creative thinker with strong bias to action exhibiting a "can-do" attitude
Adept at working collaboratively as part of a team, actively contributing to the
leadership, sales, product, and engineering departments.
Excellent coordination skills to effectively liaise with various internal and
external stakeholders
