Working location: Lot CN3-11 - Minh Quang IP, My Hao, Hung Yen
Working time: Monday - Saturday (8:00-16:30)

Statistics of the factory's production according to the plan:

Daily Detail production report & analyze the root causes 5M. Propose solution
On Hold Report
Daily update on hold, scrap
Shopworx Re-check
Comparision Shopworx Report vs Actual & solve the gap
Inventory
Check WIP Inventory
RTP Report
Stock RTP of FGS/Customer/hold/ broken/Bank & make action plan
Other

Raw Material & Delivery Plan Management
Monthly Order
- Calculate raw material based on monthly FC/ actual PO
- Create PR on arito sofware
- Tracking actual ETA [protected info] to make sure no issue maybe happen
Daily Order
- Receive PO, track INV & place new order if needed
- Work closely with PD to track ETA, make sute no issue maybe happen
- Monitor INV & push Sales/ Inside Ssales send PO to clear INV slow moving asap.
INV Raw Material Management
- Daily monitor INV. High light slow moving skus to sales for solving
- Tracking & control INV to meet KPI
- Propose action plan to clear stock/ vessel delay impact production plan
RTP Return
- Calculate RTP use for production plan, balance with stock RTP on hand
- Work closely with Inside Sales to get RTP back
- Propose solution in case of shortage RTP
Others
- Related report from line managers
Daily Delivery Plan
- Daily update delivery plan
- Calculate how many truck/cont per days & inform forwarders
- Foresee potential constraint & make proposal
Book Transportation
- Call off forwaders based on the delivery plan
- Monitor forwarders: time arrving vs. plan; quality of truck/ cont
- Make solution in case of issues
- Proactive to work with Sales/ Inside Sales to solve the problem
Document Processing
-Create documents on arito sofware
- Receipt document return from forwarders, check information & send to accountant
Monthly report
- Examine the shipping manifest.
