JOB DESCRIPTION
AVS
Vietnam from ECS Group, is looking for an Accountant to join its dynamic
accounting team based in Ho Chi Minh city.
The ideal
candidate will be responsible for:

Issuing and
sending Debit Notes to customers. Contacting and solving if any issues,
·
Issuing
invoices to customers based on confirming debit notes, verifying their accuracy
and completeness,
·
Recording
petty cash transactions, creating payment vouchers, receipt voucher,
·
Follow up
payment progress, collecting debt, reconciliation Statement of account with
customer and airlines,
·
Sending
Cargo sales report to accounting department of Airline,
·
Reconciliating,
checking on cost by a weekly basic, period, monthly, making payment request,
·
Preparing
payments to airlines / other creditors and submitting to Chief Accountant and
BOD for reviewing and approving,
·
Posting
accounting entries into the accounting system,
·
Preparing
internal monthly reports for airlines as required,
·
Assistance
in other ad-hoc requests,
·
Strictly following
company guidelines and policies.
REQUIREMENTS
·
1-2 years'
experience in accounting field,
·
Good
organization & time management
·
Detail
oriented
·
Quick
problem-solving and teamwork spirit
·
Professional
English level
·
Experience
with Microsoft Office package (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
