1. General accounting
Reconciling and confirmation Intercompany AP, AR balances, and transactions on monthly basis
Recording cut-off entries for recurring personnel and G&A expenses, depreciation, amortization, financial exp/inc, taxes and statutory payables, ...
Maintaining Fixed asset register
Preparing and uploading monthly Actual reports into Hyperion (PL, BS, AR-AP, Revenue per client, accrue rev, WIP...) as scheduled
Reconciling total invoicing amount (billing) vs. revenue
Be responsible for reconciliation of Balance sheet and control accounts (bank, AR, AP,...) on monthly basis
Providing accurate financial and management reports to Agency Finance teams ensuring that all month end deadlines are met
Ensuring compliance with all Janus, FMC requirements and statutory financial controls including external/internal audit requirements
Support the FM with liaison between Resources and external/internal auditors, tax auditor
Other Ad-hoc if required
2. Tax
Prepare VAT/ PIT/ WHT declaration
Reconciling btw GL and VAT/ WHT declaration monthly
Ensure all kinds of Tax submission accurately and timely
Working with tax authorities on tax issues, tax audits and tax returns.
Yêu cầu
1. Experience/Qualifications
Bachelor degree in accountancy and/ or professional qualifications in accounting
3 to 5 years of relevant experience in similar position from foreign invested company/MNC
Experience in advertising/media or similar industry will be an advantage
Experience in a Multi-National or Global Organization is an advantage
Shared Service Centre experience is very strongly rated
2. Knowledge
Solid knowledge and experience with local laws and tax regulations
Strong knowledge in local and international accounting standards
3. Skills (including technology):
Strong Communication Skills
Strong attention to detail
Fluency in English and proficient in MS office especially in MS excel
Experience in the use of Hyperion, SAP
