To process all invoices and statements in accordance with authorized purchase instructions. Record and process payment of goods and services incurred by the hotel, according to appropriate terms and to take advantage of available discounts in line with Sheraton policies and procedures
Accurate processing and payment of all accounts on a weekly and monthly basis and to ensure all Hotel accounts are paid accurately and on a timely basis.
Collate suppliers documentation for processing, matching invoices and delivery dockets with the corresponding purchase order.
Check and compare delivery note with summary list of supplier. Follow up with supplier on the day to day invoice issuance (ML,DG,IT)
Record and submit good consumption
Maintain an effective filing system.
Produce and review monthly AP aging report
Do the month-end journal entries
Prepare designated account reconciliation each month
