Other relevant tasks may be assigned from time to time
Calculate and check compensation of Agency agents/managers/PSM+
Compliance with statutory reporting and filing requirements
Support system enhancement by taking UAT testing if any
Yêu cầu
University degree (Accountant is preferred)
1+ year working experience in compensation calculation at a large quantity (from the Insurance industry is a plus)
Ability to work under high pressure
Strong computer/payroll systems literacy
Strong MS Project proficiency and PC skills particularly MS Office: Access, Advanced Excel
Accuracy, carefulness, trustworthy
Good sense of math, numbers
